It is essential that national, regional, and local governments. join efforts to achieve sustainable urban development. The Sub-National Urban Policy Guide is an instrument to support urban policymakers, expands knowledge & engagement with a better understanding of what subnational policies are, who benefits from them & the problems they intend to solve.”
